Kaveri offers free local pick-up in Yamba, 2464, all other orders are shipped through the Australian post, by selecting - Aussie Standard or Aussie express.

  • To receive local pick-up please select - Local Pick-up Yamba Only - and once your package is complete, Kaveri will send you an email confirming when your order is ready for pick-up with details on where to locate them.

  • All other items are shipped through the Australian Post. Once your order has been placed, Kaveri will wrap your handmade creations up and send it off with a unique tracking number, which you will receive via email. Once sent, it is in the hands of Australian Post. Standard shipping usually takes around 3 - 6 working days, depending on whether you live in a metropolitan area or in the country. Express shipping takes 2-4 working days.

  • Orders made using our free shipping code will be posted via standard Australian shipping via Australia Post.

Returns & Exchanges

Kaveri wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, and will gladly accept a full-refund of your products in regards to the conditions below:

  • All items must be returned within 30 days purchase

  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached

  • Earrings: due to hygiene and health and safety reasons, we do not accept change of mind return requests on earrings.

  • Gift Cards: gift cards may not be returned and are valid for 2 years. All vouchers purchased can be used online or redeemed at local markets.

How do I return an item?

  1. Fill out the form below with details about your wish to return,

  2. Kaveri will reply via email with a unique number that needs to be printed on your package items and mailing address.

  3. Package your items in original condition and return within 30 days of purchase.

What happens if you change your mind?

If you simply change your mind, you are more than welcome to a store credit valued at the full price of your returned item. Please fill out the form below outlining which items you would like to return and the reason why you wish to return.

Kaveri will then reply via email with a unique number. This number needs to be written on your packaged returned items. Returned items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags and return number attached.

Once received, Kaveri will gift you with a in-store or online gift card which is valid for 2 years.

What if my item is faulty or it is received through the mail damaged?

If your items are received in the mail damaged, or are faulty and break, please take a photo of your damaged items and email it to kaveriknots@outlook.com explaining the condition of your damaged items. Kaveri will gift you will a full-refund credited back into your nominated bank, or provide the option of a gift card to swap for another item.
