Kaveri Custom Orders Service Agreement*
Payment:
1.1 The client agrees to pay 50% deposit for the total agreed amount before the creation is started, and the remaining 50% is to be paid prior to receiving the end product.
1.2 If the client requires additional services, if the work design is changed, or if it involves more time than estimated, Kaveri will inform the client to renegotiate costs.
1.3 Payment must be received within 14 days of the date of invoice.
1.4 All payments are non refundable. Except as required by law, Kaveri will not issue any refunds or credits on custom orders.
Quotations:
2.1 If payment is not received, the quote becomes invalid and all work will be ceased.
2.2 All quotations of fees and expenses for each creation are valid for 30 days.
2.3 Signifcant changes in the design concept will incur additional charges. This includes changes in the initial agreed design direction outlined in the approved questionnaire as well as those agreed via social networking sites and email.
2.4 The quotation is an estimate only and subject to change, for example, if the timeframe needs to be extended due to limited resources, or where the scope of the work changes.
Timeframe:
3.1 Each quotation outlines a predicted timeframe based on resource availability and estimation of hand crafting each design stage.
3.2 The timeframe is only an estimate and is subject to change. I will not be liable for delays to projected timelines.
Copyright and Trademark:
4.1 Kaveri creations are uniquely handmade and guarantees that all work is created as an original.
4.2 If your design requires additional products and materials to complete your product, Kaveri will provide contact information on where such materials have been sourced from.
Client Changes and Approvals:
5.1 If the client is unhappy with a particular part of the creation, small changes can be made to accommodate, given that it does not require a new product to be made. Fees will occur, depending on size of change, additional time and materials needed.
Cancellation:
6.1 The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable, and if the design is cancelled by the client, the deposit will serve as a cancellation fee to cover materials and time spent.
